For AT&T TDMA phones, you only need to follow 3 simple steps to ordering a Pre-Paid Wireless Phone activated with the AirVoice Wireless service:

STEP 1
Select a phone model from the list of phones on the right side of this page OR use an AT&T TDMA phone you already have. To purchase a phone from the list on the right side, under the phone you select, click the "select this phone" button underneath it. You can then select a used phone deal from the list provided by Amazon Marketplace. Most used phones are priced below $75 and include the phone and charger. Be sure to confirm or indicate that the phone must be an AT&T phone (other carrier's phones will NOT work with AirVoice Wireless) and the phone has a Clean ESN number.


STEP 2
You need to purchase an AirVoice Wireless airtime card. The lowest cost card is $10 face value (you can purchase the card for under $10). Airtime expires after 90 days, unless you add time to your account. Unused airtime rolls forward indefinately as long as you add time every 90 days. STEP 3
When your phone arrives, you can activate it directly with AirVoice. Just call AirVoice customer service at:

You will need to have your AT&T phone with you when you call along with the ESN (electronic serial number) found under the battery. They will give you instructions on programming your phone and issue you a phone number for your wireless phone, You must purchase an airtime card before you can activate your wireless phone. You will be issued a local phone number for the phone and a PIN number to add time to your wireless account.

To activate your Voicemail, call your wireless phone from a land-line phone. Your initial temporary PIN to access your voicemail is 1111, you will be prompted to change this to a new PIN and customize your personal greeting. This PIN is different from the PIN needed to add time to your wireless account.
